Landmark Real Estate, LLC was founded in 2003 by Owner and Principal Broker James R. "JR" Turner based on his extensive background in residential real estate sales, resort sales, marketing, and property management.
Prior to establishing Landmark Real Estate, LLC, JR worked as a Realtor Associate and Realtor for Prudential Locations and Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, Oahu, Hawaii locations, specializing in residential and project sales.
JR was the Director of Project Sales at the Ocean Villas at Turtle Bay Resort, a luxury, oceanfront condominium. Ocean Villas achieved over $100 million in closed sales transactions. Condominium and resort projects sales is an area of importance, and one JR has been highly successful at.
JR incorporated Landmark Management in 2013 to provide a professional Property Management Company for their clients investment and vacation rental properties.

JR is a licensed Realtor and a Member of the National Association of Realtors, Hawaii Association of Realtors, and Honolulu Board of Realtors. He holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Hawaii.

Nina's background includes obtaining her Realtor-Associate License in 2001 and earning her Broker's License in 2004. Many of Nina's clients return to her for multiple transactions, knowing her level of expertise and discretion will ensure a successful outcome. Nina is a Member of the National Association of Realtors, Hawaii Association of Realtors, and the Honolulu Board of Realtors. She has earned Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and e-Pro designations.
Nina moved to Honolulu in the mid-eighties after living in NYC working in Advertising. Here she broadened her creative endeavors to include prop and wardrobe styling for TV, film, architectural firms, and the hotel/resort industry. Nina's varied and entrepreneurial experiences have prepared her well for the precise, yet dynamic environment of real estate. In addition to volunteering within the community, Nina's other interests include swimming, sailing, choral singing, and painting.
